Refund Policy

FaithNPrettyThings handcrafts each little pretty thing in our shop. I spend hours creating and providing our clients with high-quality items. Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or refunds.

I hope that you love our products as much as I love designing them. When a product goes live in FaithNPrettyThings you can rest assured that it was created lovingly & with very high standards.
However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will do our best to make things right.


In the event that we agree (you the client & myself) that a refund is warranted, then the full shipping amount will be deducted from the refunded price. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with a return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Note – FaithNPrettyThings reserves the right to refuse a refund, although we will try our best to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds issued are pending receipt of the item in its original unopened condition.
